Multihulls

As part of the 1988 America’s Cup campaign,  Clay began developing new methods for the performance prediction of multihulls which eventually led to the creation of the only commercially available multihull VPP used by a number of multihull designers over the last 25 years.  Since then Clay has worked on projects such as Sony Playstation with Gino Morelli, and other multihull projects with Morelli & Melvin to develop the America’s Cup Class 72’ Multihull Class,  and numerous other projects for cruising and racing multihulls.  More recently over the past several years, Clay has been designing and developing foiling multihulls.
