America's Cup Yachts

Clay’s America’s Cup career began in 1984 with Dennis Connor’s team that successfully challenged in 1987 in Fremantle, Western Australia.  This was followed by the 1988 Stars & Stripes Catamaran Defence in San Diego, 1992 New Zealand Challenge, 1995 Team New Zealand, and Team New Zealand in 2000, 2003 and 2007 as Principal Designer and Sailing Team, and more recently with Land Rover BAR for the 2017 challenge.
